Project Description:
I have worked at Clubcard Printing for 9 years as a solo web developer working on multiple platforms. From Adobe Business Catalyst, Yii Framework, Wordpress to Magento 1 CE.
Clubcard.ca and Clubcardprinting.com have been developed to replace a printing platform that was no longer serving the needs of the company.
It was planned and developed in 7 months. I have worked with designers to simplify and improve UI/UX for customers by using Ecommerce UI/UX patterns.
The big challenge on this project was learning Magento 1 at the same time as developing a completely new printing platform that Magento 1 (out of the box) could not actually replace.

Conclusion
This was a great experience in growing an online business on an open source platform. Making gradual website improvements helped me understand how customers interact with the website and which UI/UX patterns work better than the others.
